Refund Policy

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer easy returns for all domestic and international orders. Please contact Customer Support using the Contact Us link at the top or bottom of this page to initiate the return process. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping the item you'd like to return back to us.

Merchandise must include any/all hang tags, cases, promotional products, and cloth sacks, as well as anything else that was included in the original shipment. 

Merchandise must be unworn/ unused and in its original condition.

Please reach out to our Customer Support team and they will help resolve the issue. We will send you a free return shipping label!


How long does it take to process my return?

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label.

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or PayPal account.
